Today we will be discussing a popular TV series “GOT”. GOT is an abbreviation for Game of Thrones. Now Game of Thrones as the author, director, and producer will have it is an interesting show anyone would fall in love with. GOT has been going on for over five years now. The TV series has suddenly become one of my favorite TV series. This show is brought to us by an American premium cable and satellite television network HBO.
Game of Thrones (GOT) is an American fantasy drama television series. The show is created by David Benioff and D.B Weiss. Having brought out the basic of the show, let us discuss proper. Without a doubt, it has been proven that more than half of the world population watch the show. With this great statics, the zeal to push forward will be there. However, the show is rounding up at season eight. I mean to say season eight is the season finale.
There are lots of thrilling actions and moves on the show. There are dragons, wolves and a dreaded creature called the night king. If you are a fan of the show you would know the saying “winter is coming”. There are different mythology and beliefs on the show in total. Just like the existence of someone with many faces. There are also those who believe in the god of light. All these believe have all come to play in the show.
Some Characters of Game of Thrones
As every movie has a character GOT is no different. Some of the characters of the show are;
Jon Snow
Jon Snow regarded as Jon was introduced into the TV series as an illegitimate son of Ned Stark (also known as Lord of Winterfell). He is a half-brother to all of Ned Starks Children including Robb, Arya, and Bran. Jon Snow is born of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark after their secret marriage making Jon the legitimate heir to the iron throne.
Cersie Lannister
Cersie power consumed is the wife of King Robert Baratheon (the king of the seven kingdoms) making her the queen of the seven kingdoms. Her parents are Tywin Lannister and Joanna Lannister. She is an elder sister to Tyrion Lannister the last born of Tywin. Cersie has an affair with her brother Jamie Lannister and has most of her children from him.
Daenerys Targaryen
Daenerys sold by her power consumed foster brother to the great Khal Drogo gradually became the mother of dragons after burning Khal’s body alongside the witch that sacrificed her child with herself. This gave her two titles at once which are the “unburnt” and “the mother of dragons”. she is the younger sister to Rhaegar the prince of the seven kingdoms.
Night King
The night king I the overall (supreme) leader of the first white walkers. The Night King is said to have existed since the age of the first men. He is said to be the true enemy of the show and he would not wait out in the storm. He is going to bring the storm.
Arya Stark
Arya watching her father die and later her mother died at a very young age gave her some sort of zeal and motivation. She later became a faceless knight and took revenge for the death of her mother. Arya Stark is the only one that treated Jo Snow as a part of the family (made him fell like a brther).
