Young Miley Cyrus Vintage Picture - Rare Singer Pic with Frame - Iffy Condition

This vintage Miley Cyrus picture from the old mileyworld website comes with the dark frame.
The signature autograph is thought to be real, cannot verify. But price is up since this is most probable.
The sheet poster or picture under frame is bent up wonderfully and most assuredly.
It has small tears, in fact torn up as heck with many small nicks or tears. Though picture still comes as one piece.
There is slight creasing along some edging as pictured also.
The 2nd, 3rd and 9th pictures reveal some of this there.
The star seems somewhat thrashed nowadays, somewhat like this here picture. So let's add to this deal please.

Makes a great collector's product, extremely hard to find this.
Perhaps an absolute one-of-a-kind picture.
Measurements are 5/8" frame, 9" width frame, 12" height of frame.
Also 7 and 5/8" picture-print width, 10 and 7/8" picture-print height.
The back is beat up terribly and has old tape marks.
Picture could probably be removed from this frame and background though,
and this nice thing could be placed in something wonderful (0024).
