Vintage fishing reel - parts needs assembly

Vintage fishing reel - parts should be included, but needs assembly.
Received this reel in pieces from a neighbor, but do not have the expertise to reassemble. I would imagine all parts are there, but I cannot verify that. I am posting pictures so you can make your own judgment and letting you know ahead of time I am not guaranteeing it will work when re-assembled. ALL SALES FINAL!
