THIS ITEM IS VERY RARE. THE SERIOUS COLLECTOR OF LINDBERGH EPHEMERA LIKELY HAS NOT, AND WILL NOT SEE ANOTHER. THIS IS A WATERMARK IN THE PAPER ITSELF. IT MUST BE SEEN THROUGH LIGHT PASSING THROUGH.

An unusual large 'watermark' paper portrait of Col. Charles A. Lindbergh, by Cartier for the E. E. Lloyd Paper Company, Chicago, New York, 38 by 25cm. Circa 1927
This transparency is very difficult for me to photograph. Light passing though is diffused and has a distorting effect. It is currently held between two glass panes. The frame I recommend is 1” width light oak with double glass. This was hung with a low UV lamp illuminating at rear and passing through. We had it switched for viewing. Piece will be shipped between two sheets of plexiglass for safety. Glass is easily broken in shipping. No glass or frame included.
