Gas fired four level steamer range
Self contained and requires only gas and water connections
“AutoFill” automatically maintains the proper water level in the steam tank and ensures constant steam production
Not thermostatically controlled
For cooking Asian foods, such as dumplings or dim sum
Foods such as whole fish or soup can be steamed in this unit
Can be used to cook any food that requires high, continuous heat from steam
Exterior of unit is constructed in 304 stainless steel
The steam generation tank is heavy duty stainless steel
The doors are double wall, insulated, complete with a positive latching mechanism
Interior fire chamber is constructed in stainless and is fully insulated by 1” thick fiber ceramic material
Unit is fired by a high power 32 tip jet burner (116 MBTUH)
2 door stainless steel steam cabinet with 4 shelves
4 perforated stainless steel trays to hold product for steaming

Please note: We can hold any piece of equipment for 30 days (after payment), without a charge. We charge /month after that. Many of our pieces of equipment are unique and we do not know the next time we will have more. We have taken the timing out of the equation. Note that we will mark it as shipped in ebay immediately, if this is the option you are taking.
