Description

This AD is for Electric start trigger style throttle with pre-wired meter.
The kit comes with 1-throttle assem with pre-wired engine monitor, 1-CHT sensor, 1-engine wire harness, 1-solder on Ferrel, cable end cap (stops the cable end from fraying) and a slide on cable crimp (not shown in picture).
Trigger style throttles have been a pilots favorite for many years. The aluminum, 2 finger lever and button placement make it very simple and easy to use. The main body is made with PA66 nylon + 30% fiberglass (same material that is used in power tools). The nylon strap and metal D-ring give you peace of mind that your throttle will tight against your hand and never fall off.
To ensure you are protected from minor prop strikes and wire breaking failures caused by flexing, we only use highest quality, stainless steel braided, multi stranded wire(see pics).

4 wire, 14 strand, copper core, String re-enforced, shielded wire gives you peace of mind your wires will not fail due to the constant flexing of the throttle wire.
Crimped cable ends
The throttle ends are crimped on so your cable cannot come out and cause the throttle to open prematurely.
The cable end is a 6mm 1.0 pitch thread. On some Polini engine carburetor plates you will have to re-tap the threads.
