Rare limited (779/1600) edition solid Sterling Silver model of the Lockheed 5B Vega (Number NR7952) that Amelia Earhart set the transcontinental air speed record in during August of 1932. This 50th anniversary  commemorative collectible  of Earhart's flight was issued through Business Week Magazine  in 1982 (See inscription on bottom of wing). This model has some surface scratches, but is totally intact; it has a 5 1/8" wing span and 3 1/2" length. This collectible will be shipped by Priority Mail.
