Super Nice Navy Blue Collared Long Sleeve Dress Shirt with Cuffs features White Buttons down the front hiding a two snap closure.  It has a long, curved hemline, but can be worn tucked in or left out for casual comfort.
You may want to place gloves or socks on your doll's hands to get them through the cuffs of the sleeves more easily
