    Used, clean, and working unit. No pan holder racks are included with this item (they were removed before I picked this up).
    This was used at the 3M corporate kitchens, and was pulled and sold at auction when they remodeled and updated recently. They replaced all the equipment with new units (guess you can do that when you are a Fortune 500 company).
    The water lines and drain lines are still connected. This was just pulled from use and sold.
    I only tested this with power, I did not and can not test this with water, etc.
    The pan racks are available from partstown, part number 97-6175.
    I have put my price much lower than the average seller with this in mind.
