A collection of 11 pieces from the Jul 1, 1994 Norman Rockwell anniversary stamps first day of issue. The three postcards are addressed. The others are in ex cond.Items are to be paid for within 2 days of the end of the auction. Non payment alerts or total cancellation will occur should there be no payment nor any communication within 2 days.
Highest bidder to add shipping based on the rate calculator in the U.S. Outside the U.S. is as charged per the rate calculator. Shipping is quoted in U.S. funds for U.S locations via priority mail in connection with ebay. Due to Pay Pal buyer and seller protection rules... all Internatonal bidders must use international priority mail for shipping which will provide tracking and custom tracking numbers.... All international bidders ARE RESPONSIBLE for their country's duties, custom fees, import fees, vat taxes, etc. where applicable. Small priced items may go in a padded envelope but must be requested before bidding. Note- Bidders are required to have a rating of 8 or more to bid. If you have less than an 8 rating. you may request an allowance to bid via communication in the my ebay message board. This auction may be paid for using pay pal in U.S. funds.. Large dollar amount items may have to be shipped express mail for both US shipping or international shipping. This helps to eliminate handling for expensive items. Please note the return policy...... items deemed buyers remorse.. meaning not liked, found a better price, changed mind, not what expected etc.. will be issued a 20% re-stocking fee which is deducted from your refund as well as the buyer paying return shipping. In addition the original shipping will also not be refunded.

If we decide that it is safe to send your small item first class, it is our policy to mail it in a padded or cardboard mailer, not a business envelope with a single stamp. That makes it weigh a bit more, but it stands a much better chance of arriving safely.
