    Here is a
    LINAK LA31 with the control LINAK CB09 for three motors tested and working CONDITION .
    part numbers are LA31.40JBM-200-24-200 and CB09LO-IT-24
    the control part number may be for one motor use but it does control three motors.
    the unit is 23-1/2 inch full extended and 15-1/2 inch full retracted.
    i tried the motor in all three motor receptacles and they all work as they should when the control socket is jumped out correctly.
    the end limit switches shut the motor off at end of travel.
    i have no way to know how much use it had , it looks like new , but it came from an estate.
