This is a house I refurbished. It would look nice as an addition to any layout or beginning to a new one.  I  detailed painting,replaced roof, etc. 3" x 3" x 3" tall. If any questions please contact me.

All items are used and sold as is. Some of these are from my own collection, others I have bought and refurbished. I buy refurbish and repair these so I can sell them to the next generation of train enthusiasts. Hope the children will use their imagination and stop depending on video games to determine their life out come. Good luck on using these in your layout and helping the next generation. Please review pictures carefully. I try to list everything to describe item but sometimes I miss something as I’m only human. I can not tell if things have been repainted as accused of once.
