assumes or accepts NO responsibility for any expenses incurred for the removal or re-installation of the purchased part.  There is no expressed or implied warranty for any labor performed.  Labor costs are solely the responsibility of the purchaser of the above mentioned parts.  The original purchaser of the part will be the only party to which this warranty applies.  There is no stipulation of warranty to anyone but the original purchaser.   Anyone attempting to execute this warranty that is not the original purchaser of the product will cause the warranty to immediately VOID.
Should any of the above mentioned products prove defective in material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, the purchaser must return the defective part to

with a prepaid shipping label which will be used to provide the purchaser the replacement part.

assumes or accepts no warranty responsibility for the cost of shipping either the defective part or the replacement part.  The serial number of the part returned MUST match the serial number stated on the invoice of purchase for any warranty agreement to be executed.  Your dated invoice is your warranty certificate and establishes your eligibility for said warranty.
This stated warranty is limited to one replacement part and is non-

The warranty only covers if the part was installed by a certified agent. It does not include reimbursement for any cost involving the labor, installation, or re-installation of the part. The warranty would be a one-time replacement.
To file a warranty claim, the buyer must provide:
