    Description

Fine Scale Miniatures Inspired HO Scratch Built Structure Using Magnuson Walls. Three walls of the structure are made from plaster.  I made molds of some old Magnuson walls, and then poured the new walls.  The fourth wall is wood and is the back of the building.  As Earl SmallShaw used to say:  "Don't model what you can not see."  There is real glass in all the windows as well as shades.  There is interior lighting and an open bottom in case more lighting is desired.  To be on the safe side, start with a low voltage (3 V) and work up from there, so that you don't blow out the bulb.  I believe the bulb is incandescent but it could be a LED.  Foot print is roughly 7" x 4" .  The large sign on the side wall is an actual reproduction of the real sign that was used back when. I was lucky to find it in an old magazine.
