This doll is brand new in the original packaging. It is a Toys R Us exclusive. The "TRY ME" button no longer works. The package has some rough spots. The top seal is coming loose, and the side panel is starting to separate. There are a few dents in the box around the edges and corners, and the front plastic is scratched up a bit.
