    Description

    Interesting square stamped "Challenge Cutlery Corp. 1904 Patent Bridgeport CONN".  I found some other patents for the Challenge Cutlery Corp.,  but not for this 1904 one. Lower edge of blade has nibs factory cut into it for scribing. The steel is smooth and clean, although does have some staining and some mild scattered pitting. Please see photos for best description.
