The Steam 'N' Hold Convection Steamer heats and maintains the temperature and freshness of foods in your deli or sandwich shop. It holds (6) 12 inch x 20 inch x 2-1/2 inch deep pans, each complete. It's also useful for vacuum cooking, and has a manual mechanical timer. The stand is without casters. No water or drain connections are required. This product is Energy Star Qualified.

EQUIPMENT INFORMATION
NEW ITEMS:
We stock a tremendous amount of new, unuséd equipment. These items may come in original packaging or in new packaging to securely transport your equipment. Manufacturer's warranties are not applicable on most of our eBay listings for new equipment due to the massive price cuts we offer. All equipment that is out of box (uséd or new) is fully inspected, tested, and securely packaged for you. We encourage buyers of our large equipment to purchase eBay's Protection Plan which offers 1-3 year warranties parts and labor. We encourage our clients to contact us before buying an item to ask as many questions as possible using the eBay messaging system.
SECOND HAND ITEMS:
We stock a tremendous amount of secondhand (uséd) equipment. These items fall under different categories. Some items are in good shape when we receive them and require minimal cleaning and no refurbishing. An item may be discontinued or outdated and the factory/manufacturer may have updated that particular model. We encourage our clients to contact us to ask as many questions as possible.
ITEMS WORKING CONDITION:
Products listed as "Tested & Working" or in working condition are exactly that. Items listed as "As Is" are sold with no returns, no exceptions. We WILL test all uséd, working condition, scratch and dent, and like-new or new items that our out of the box.
If you receive an item and you are in any way dissatisfied or have any issues, please contact us right away via the following methods: eBay message system. Please keep in mind our hours of operation.
We are always willing to make customers happy. If you do not communicate with us, we cannot help you.
PAYMENT & BEST OFFERS & RETURNS
PAYMENT:
We require payment within (3) days of purchasing. Payment must be paid via PayPal, credit card, cashiers check, or cash upon your visit to pick up your item. If you need more time to pay, please call us and let us know. If payment and / or communication is not made within 5 days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and offer your item to another buyer.
BEST OFFERS:
Please make an offer that is reasonable and based on the market price! We will gladly accept your fair offer or make counteroffer within 1 business day.
RETURNS:
USÉD ITEMS: We do not accept any returns on uséd items. We test ALL uséd and refurbished items prior immediately to sale. Please see eBay return policy.
NEW ITEMS: New items in stock are not subject to returns. Please see eBay return policy. Some new items are drop shipped from the manufacturer and they have very strict rules about accepting returned products. Please keep in mind that if you open the box or package on a new item and in any way attempt to use it, you will not be able to return it.  There are trained people that will know if it has been uséd. In some cases, they will allow a return but will charge a restocking fee 30% or more.
You are covered on all purchases by our On-Site Guarantee, which allows you to fully inspect and test your equipment at our location prior to purchase. We always test your new and uséd out of box equipment immediately before shipping your order to test for sometimes unavoidable uncrating damages.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please message us if you would like to pick up your order at our showroom or if you would like delivery. We prefer all shipments be picked up locally for free at our Laurel, Maryland showroom.
We offer UPS Ground and common carrier/freight for larger items, but shipping cost is not included in eBay listing price.
Every item we ship is packaged with care to ensure reliable transportation from our location to yours.
We offer White-Glove delivery (full service delivery, equipment installation, removal of old equipment) delivery within 100 miles of our showroom located in Laurel, Maryland for minimum of 0.
You may also arrange for your own shipping company to pick up your package. We will prep for shipping for a fee of per standard pallet and for an over-sized pallet.
Our eBay listings are priced to sell fast and locally, so shipping cost is not included. Ground shipments and freight shipments for larger items will require a separate shipping quote which we will send you after your purchase.
All items are property of Restaurant Equipment Outlet until your purchase is paid in full.
SHIPPING LARGE ITEMS:
Products or orders too large or heavy to ship via UPS Ground will be delivered to you via common carrier. This type of shipping is different than ground shipping, and one difference is that you are responsible for taking the product off of the back of the truck and into your business, unless you specify with us that you want lift-gate delivery, meaning the truck driver will lower your shipment to ground level for you. After your item has shipped via common carrier, we will email you tracking information so you can prepare for the delivery.
The important thing to remember about common carrier deliveries is that you should sign for your shipment after you have checked to make sure that it arrived to you safely and have noted of any issues on the delivery receipt. If the packaging shows any evidence of a problem, truck drivers must wait up to 15 minutes while you break the shrink wrap and inspect individual items for any damage, and make sure the correct amount of pieces were delivered.
If you notice any damage, you are allowed to break the shrink wrap on the skids to inspect individual items. If any item is clearly damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about any item being damaged or missing, you
MUST
do the following:
Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing (ie - "missing 3 pieces", "multiple dents on table", etc).
Keep your copy of the delivery receipt.
Contact us within 1 business day.
Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection.
Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging.
Please contact us after placing your order for large items so we can give you an accurate shipping quote.
BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY:
Invoices will be sent out promptly through eBay for easy payment and speedy shipping. You may pay on eBay, or by contacting us using the information below. Accurate shipping destinations and information must be provided by the buyer.
Local pick-ups are recommended but not required for all of our eBay listings. Maryland residents and warehouse pick-ups are subject to and must be charged 6% MD sales tax. For proper shipping quotes and charges please contact us.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY:
Our trucks delivering locally will bring your item(s) inside your building if necessary. You are not required to have the tools and man power to uncrate your item and bring it inside. Please contact us to organize uncrating and installation for a fee.
SHIPPING DAMAGES:
We will not be responsible for damages that occur once the item leaves our showroom. We take the utmost care when packaging your items to avoid damage during transportation. Please follow instructions on package to report freight damage or refuse delivery.
