14mm COGGED redrive pulleys - ultralight airplane – engine reduction unit
I’ve had these left over from experimenting with redrives
for a BMW motorcycle engine about 30 years ago
Pulley diameters and specs as follows
LARGE PULLEYS
Largest is roughly 9” diameter – 51 teeth
2
nd
largest is roughly 8.5” diameter – 49 teeth
SMALL PULLEYS
Largest is roughly 4.5” diameter – 26 teeth – BOLT PATTERN
2
nd
largest is roughly 4.25” diameter – 25 teeth
3rd is same as 2nd
ALL have /are
black hardcoat aluminum
14mm pitch
1 1/8” wide
Gates PC 1190-14M-20 Is a good start for a belt
that has the correct pitch / tooth profile / and width
I have no idea of the length you need to accommodate the center to center OR the diameters of the pulleys you select.
(the 1190 of the part # I suggest is a particular length) .
Also, I also have no idea of the horsepower you’d be transmitting for the appropriate belt width..
please ask questions first.
